It is your responsibility to ensure the parts ordered, fits your application prior to purchase. Before installing the part, please make sure to do a test fit prior to bolting the item on. It is your responsibility to verify the part is not damage or defective before installing. If we, as the seller, made an error and sent the wrong item we will gladly take it back if the item is in the original package, uninstalled, and unused. Otherwise, new parts still in the original packaging and purchased within 14 days can be returned. ALL returned items in new condition are subject to a 20% Repackaging fee less the cost of shipping.
If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately. DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. All products are carefully packaged and in good condition when shipping. Claims on damaged products ON ARRIVAL to the customer, must be made with the carrier. Do not tamper with the packaging. Defective parts, including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. If a warranty issue arises we will make every effort to assist, but all warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED PARTS. We do not reimburse for any labor fees or down time associated with the products we sell, whether caused by warranty, purchasing or shipping errors. Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover shipping fees. If damages from shipping arise, you must save all packing material and contact us within 24 hours in order for us to make a claim.
Canceled Orders and Exchanges: ALL Canceled orders and Exchanges due to customer error (i.e. unwanted parts, accidental orders, customer convenience returns etc.) are subject to a 20% Restocking fee due to shipping and vendor costs to return the products.
If you have a return that fits the above criteria it must be no more than fourteen days from the purchase date. Please remember that shipping damage must be reported immediately. Please call us at 1-877-828-8444 for a return authorization number (RMA). ALL returns must have an RMA. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. Do not write on the packing except for an RMA number on the return label. The box must be resealed with clear packing tape only. The return packing slip must be completed and returned with the item. ALL RETURNS WITHOUT RMA # WILL BE REFUSED AND DIRECTED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. THESE PROCEDURES MUST BE FOLLOWED OR ITEMS WILL BE REFUSED ACCORDING TO OUR RETURN POLICY. BACKORDERS: Every effort is made to keep all items in stock at all times. But occasionally certain products may be back ordered.
PRICES: We reserve the right to change: prices, policies or terms at any time without notice.
TERMS: Retail order will only be taken if paid for by credit card. Dealers will pay for orders by their agreed terms on dealer application.
FREIGHT: All retail shipments will be sent out by the most economical method, faster methods available upon request.
RETURNED CHECKS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS: All returned checks and refused shipments will result in a $25.00 processing charge.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all items. Call to request an RMA number. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. While we have total confidence in our product, we strongly suggest test fitting all parts prior to any modifications or painting. Bagger Werx will not be held responsible for any paint or labor cost under any circumstances and will not accept for return any part that has been modified or damaged due to improper installation.
Improper Care or Misuse:
Bagger Werx shall have no warranty obligation in the event the goods have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.
Proof of Purchase:
Bagger Werx shall have no warranty obligation in the event the customer is unable to present a receipt evidencing the date on which the customer purchased the goods.
Exhaust systems are warranted for manufacturing defects only. However, there is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Discoloration (bluing) is caused by tuning characteristics, exhaust timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing.
If, after initial inspection a flaw is discovered in the chrome, do not install. Please call Bagger Werx for an RMA. We will replace these items at no charge. If chrome fails after installation during our 1-year warranty period, items will be re-chromed at our expense and then returned. Please use caution when installing chrome plated items, as the
finish is fragile. Always use anti-seize when using chrome hardware on chrome plated products. Bagger Werx recommends using a quality wax or polish on chrome pieces to protect their finish.
Bagger Werx shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach of any warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of contract or duty between Bagger Werx and the customer.
